4am, a pile of blankets and some very grey clouds made for a Holy moment.

I love the ocean, looking at it makes me feel at peace... but getting in the water is another thing.

Working hard is good. Being at peace and listening to your intuition is also good. Having them in each other’s presence is a beautiful thing.

Around 4 years ago, one day, quite suddenly, I had a very strong desire to buy paint and canvases…

Sometimes it’s not what we need to add to make us finally happy or worthy- but what we thoughtfully chisel away. 

My outward endeavours and inner world are a glorious mix that I can’t separate. There is always a lesson if I choose to be taught.
